"Supreme Elections": 424 thousand expatriates voted by referendum on constitution

The chancellor said Nabil Cross, head of the Supreme Commission for Elections, said that the number of expatriates who voted in the referendum on the constitution amounted to 424 thousand and 383 votes.

This came during a press conference held by the Committee now at the SIS to announce the results of the referendum on the constitution.
